Terms of service

These terms cover the use of Appetite Link ("Link"), run by Appetite Creative. If you have a signed agreement with Appetite Creative, it takes precedence where it differs from these terms.
The service
Link lets brands and agencies create QR codes and short links, connect them to campaign experiences and content, and measure the results. Access is by invitation; there is no public sign-up.
Your account
- Keep your sign-in secure, and invite only people who should have access. You are responsible for what happens under your organisation's accounts.
- Tell us straight away if you think an account has been compromised.
Your content and data
- You keep ownership of everything you put into Link: codes, content, designs and data. You give us the rights we need to host and process it to run the service for you.
- You are responsible for having the rights to your content, and a lawful basis such as consent for the personal data your campaigns collect. Link records consent wherever it collects contacts, and we handle your campaigns' personal data under a data processing agreement with you.
Printed codes
Codes are never deleted. When a campaign ends, its codes send people to a page you choose. What happens to your codes after your agreement ends is set out in that agreement.
Acceptable use
Don't use Link to break the law, mislead people about where a code leads, collect personal data without a lawful basis, send spam or harmful content, or try to break, overload or get around the service's security.
AI features
AI assistants follow the rules you set, and every reply is checked against them before anyone sees it. AI output can still be wrong, so you remain responsible for how you use it in your campaigns.
Fees
Fees are set in your order or agreement. AI usage is billed as it is used, at the model's price plus a markup, within the limits you set.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Link and your printed codes available at all times, including through outages, but we don't promise uninterrupted service unless your agreement does. We improve Link over time, and we tell you in advance about changes that materially affect you.
Ending the service
You can stop using Link as your agreement sets out. We may suspend access that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk. Before your data is deleted, we can export it for you on request.
Liability
Our liability is limited as set out in your agreement, and as far as the law allows.
